THE EVENT
Where in Sydney?
Generally we offer our services in the Sydney Metropolitan area but can
arrange to travel to other locations for an additional fee based on a distance
from our office.
How long will the DJ need to set up?
The DJ will need approximately 1 hour to set up and pack up.
What will I need to provide?
A sturdy table at least 1500mm long. A reasonably easy path from the outside
of the building to help with loading in and out. A safe place to park van.
What does the DJ/MC wear?
Whilst most occasions the attire will be suit or dress trousers and sports
coat, we can dress appropriately for the event (eg. Hawaiian party - will
wear clothes to blend in).
What gear does the DJ use?
Australian Monitor, EAW, Martin and I Solution Lighting, Dennon and Seinheiser
amongst others.
Can the DJ stay longer than the specified call out for the package
I selected?
Yes. Extra time is $70 per hour or part thereof. If the party is rocking
and you don't want to stop, the hourly fee can be paid for the DJ to stay
for as long as you want.
THE MUSIC SELECTION

Will the DJ take requests on the night?
The DJ will take requests, HOWEVER they will be taken according to the theming
or genre of music set for the evening. The client will always have the last
say and will direct the DJ on specific styles and volume of the music. No
more than 2 requests per guest.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Is there a deposit?
A deposit is not required for Package 1, however there is a deposit required
for Packages 2, 3 & 4.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $25 for Package 4, $50 for Package 2 and $100 for Package
3.
Why is there a deposit?
The deposit locks down the requested date and assures the date is confirmed.
When should I pay the DJ?
The payment will be made to the DJ immediately after set up and BEFORE the
party or function starts.
What methods of payment can I use on the night?
Payment can be made preferably by cash, but direct deposit 5 days before
function to confirm funds or a cheque with details can be used also. The
DJ will not start untill full payment is received. If extra time is required
that too must also be paid IN CASH before they continue past the time allowed
for each package.
Your package prices are cheaper than other companies. Will I get
a cheap and nasty DJ & set-up? I don't want to be embarrassed!
The reason why the prices are so fantastic is because we are small enough
to operate with very low overheads and the high volume of bookings is more
important to us than expensive fees that others charge.
