Effective 1st January 2009

By booking with Flat Fee DJs you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions:

1. All Bookings for the services of Flat Fee DJs will require a deposit for packages 2 and 3.
This deposit shall be in the form of cash, direct deposit or cheque but cheque will need to clear before booking is confirmed.
Package 2 will require a $50.00 deposit. If outside metro Sydney and a travel allowance has been applied, then this package will require a $100.00 deposit.
Package 3 will require a $100.00 deposit.
The deposit is non refundable within 1 month of confirmed booking date. Please be aware of this when booking.

2. All bookings that are for outdoor events WILL require an undercover area. This may be a garage, patio, tarpaulin or tent.
Any function that is outside will require a suitably covered area of approx 3 metres x 3 metres.
If the DJ arrives to find no such weather protection he will not unload to ensure the equipment is protected from sun or rain.

3. We respectfully ask that even though your guests may know about audio, lighting or DJ equipment that they allow the DJ to do their job and set up without distraction or helpful opinions. This also applies to the pack down.

4. Please have a sturdy table approx 1500mm long, 1 chair and a clear area around the DJ including at least 2 double power points.

5. It is very important the DJ and our equipment is kept safe and we ask that as a security measure that no one touches the gear or assaults or threatens the DJ. This will not be tolerated and any such behaviour will result in the DJ packing up early to protect himself and Flat Fee DJs' equipment. Please inform any guests that may breach this request to stand back and enjoy the function.

6. It is requested that we have flyers or business cards available for interested people that may want to book our services in the future.

7. All packages include all reasonable metro Sydney travel however on occasion a traveling surcharge maybe charged.
Please ask what this charge maybe if you are not sure.

8. Please ensure a car park as close as possible to the load in/out point is held for the DJ to make loading and unloading as easy as possible.
If the function is inside the grounds that requires a car park fee to park we request either a loading zone or similar be pre organised or have the car park fee paid for the DJ to maintain a safe place to park.

9. Public Holiday surcharge may apply for Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Australia Day.
